Physical Development

The physical development and well-being of each child is very significant to his overall growth and development. Growing children need proper nutrition that is why a balanced diet should follow. Children will thrive well when their diet consist of less sugar and salt, however “fun foods” should not be deprived from them but to be taken at a reasonable amount.

It is the role of our kindergarten to show students:

  • ways to find enjoyment in participating in physical activities

  • exercises that can develop muscular control and co-ordination (gross motor and fine motor skills)

  • how to practice rules of safety (indoors and outdoors)

  • how to find acceptable outlets for tensions and emotions

  • how to care for his body and value physical health
